Nutrition is a vital component to one's health, vitality and quality of life. When one is not conscious of what they put into their body, disasters can occur, in the form of ill health.

Six out of ten of our leading causes of death can be linked to poor nutrition.
We have only one body to live in. If we do not take care of it, we can not simply buy or rent another body.

Becoming knowledgeable and conscious of nutritional science and its benefits puts you in control of your health.  It can be done.  We are both Certified Clinical Nutritionists, managing nutrition and how it affects your body. We will assist you in the awareness of better food choices for your body. The transition to a natural, whole foods, way of life, although enjoyable, is not always easy. We are ready to assist and support when you are ready to begin your healing of the body from the inside out.

Herbology
The oldest recorded system of medicine originated in Egypt. The next recorded is Chinese medicine. The use of medicinal herbs including aloe vera and senna have been used continuously for 3,500 years. Herbal treatments are capable of healing all kinds of disorders in all parts of the body. Many doctors now blend the best of conventional medicine with alternative healing and have found powerful new treatments that work without side effects. Herbs and formulas can be used to treat over 150 specific conditions. The use of herbs with the right choice of food and nutritional supplements provides us with the widest range of possibilities for gaining great health and even correcting the dis- ease within our body or the disease processes.

Herbs are a healing art and a healing connection to the natural world.  With the highly rising cost of health care this is the most economical approach to regaining and maintaining health; a combination of conventional medicine with supplemental approaches with herbs and nutrition. These assist to work more quickly, effectively, painlessly, and economically.  It is essential to pay close attention to interaction of herb and prescribed medication interaction. So it is also important to keep in touch with one’s prescribing doctor and let them know what herbs and/or nutritional supplements one will be taking.
